This is just one of many spelling errors on Ethiopian menus. You’d think that would bring down sales on that item a lot.

This is a huge herd of camels that we saw on the way home from Dessie, a city north of Addis in the highlands.
We got to take a four-hour camel excursion into a remote village where we had traditional food with an Ethiopian family. Let's just say I couldn't sit comfortably for about three days.
