This is just one of many spelling errors on Ethiopian menus. You'd think that would bring down sales on that item a lot.
The orginal Arc of the Covenant is said to be held in this temple in the north of Ethiopia in a small town called Axum. Not sure what I think. The guard was pretty weak looking.
