Hey all! It’s been a pretty uneventful last few days since my previous post. So I fugured I’d try out this 10 on 10 thing. I guess it’s where on the 10th of the month, you post 10 pictures from your day. Well…nothing cool at all happened today so I thought I would just put up 10 photos that you should have seen by now, but didn’t have the internet capabilities to do so. So…here they are!

This is the children's breakfast at the HOPE feeding center where I serve on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There are about 300 homeless children that come each day.

This is just one of many spelling errors on Ethiopian menus. You'd think that would bring down sales on that item a lot.

We got to take a four-hour camel excursion into a remote village where we had traditional food with an Ethiopian family. Let's just say I couldn't sit comfortably for about three days.

The orginal Arc of the Covenant is said to be held in this temple in the north of Ethiopia in a small town called Axum. Not sure what I think. The guard was pretty weak looking.

At 4000 meters above sea level, Amet Gogo was a sight to behold. Not to mention we were standing in the middle of a herd of gelada baboons. Incredible experience!

That's us after being soaked by the mist of the Blue Nile Falls. Making up 80% of the source waters of the famous Nile river, the falls were incredible. We caught them on a great day!

This guy from Holland was on his way from Dubai to Capetown when he hit a cow going 75mph...on a motorcycle! He slid 100yds, popped up like nothing happened, and lit a cigarette. That's him on the right, calm as can be. 3000Birr later and after a lot of discussion with a distraught young herder, we helped them settle everything and helped them on their way.

This is me right now...sitting at Paradise Cafe in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Life is good here, but I'm ready to come home. Can you see it in my face?
